We keep our supply chain efficiently integrated for maximum freshness. Our products go from the cow to the cup within 45 days.

Miss the days when milk tasted like milk? Our products use minimum intervention so you get that rich, creamy, farm-fresh flavour, just like you remember.

Remember how good milk tasted when you were young? That natural, creamy taste is back– thanks to our minimum intervention approach.

Minimum intervention for maximum flavour

Ever wondered why the milk you get in the supermarket doesn’t taste like you remember it from your childhood? That’s because most commercially available milk has been processed to reach a standardised protein and fat content of around 3.5% for whole milk.

Our philosophy of minimum intervention is the secret to our milk’s incredible, farm-fresh farm-fresh flavour.
minimum intervention

Our milk is pasteurised for safety, but it’s not standardised. Non-standardised milk stays closer to the natural composition of fresh milk, which means it’s creamier, richer, and full of flavour. And not to mention, fewer processing steps is better for the environment.

A simple, sustainable supply chain

At Kapram, we believe in keeping things local and simple. The shorter our supply chain, the fresher and bettertasting our milk is. Our milk comes straight from our farm in Victoria, then heads to our factory near the Melbourne Terminal. Here, we only process A2 milk there, which reduces the risk of contamination from other types of milk.

After pasteurization, our milk is packaged in eco-friendly Tetrapak containers, ensuring it stays fresh and has a longer shelf life. This allows us to ship it by sea, ensuring it reaches your door within 45 days, so you get the freshest milk possible.
